Strap on your snowshoes and explore a
winter landscape at a leisurely pace. There
are lots of options in the area to either make
your own trail or follow along the edge of a
designated ski trail.
SNOWBOARDING
The vast mountain areas and abundance of
snow make Haines Junction an exceptional
location for snowboarding.
FACILITIES

Bill Brewster Arena: This indoor ice arena
is open from October through March for
skating, hockey and curling events.

St. Elias Convention Centre: The St. Elias
Convention Centre is home to a local
history exhibit and a growing collection of
art work. The centre also hosts a variety of
musical and theatrical performances.
